There are several ways to make a loan payment:

Within Online Banking
Members can set up ongoing, one-time, or even external transfers for loan payments within Online Banking.
To make payments via transfer from an external account to your loan, you’ll need to first set up your external accounts to send and receive transfers within Online Banking.

Using Bill Pay
Through Bill‐pay or an electronic payment/ACH (automated clearinghouse) transfer from another institution.
- To set up an electronic payment through another financial institutions, you will need your full account number and Industrial’s routing number: 325180155.

Over the Phone
Over the phone through our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system:
- Dial 360.734.2043 or Toll-Free 1.877.640.0420 and select option 2.
- Payments made through IVR or text will be assessed a $6.00 fee per payment.

Via Repay
Online through our Repay partner site using a consumer debit card:
Self-service payments using a consumer debit card will be assessed a $6.00 fee per payment.
Payments made via a live agent will be assessed a $10.00 fee.
Please note: Only consumer debit cards are accepted. Commercial debit cards and credit cards cannot be used to make a loan payment.

With Shared Branching
Via deposit at any credit union that participates in Co‐Op Shared Branching.
