Will I have to re-enter my bill payments and payees into the new Digital Banking?
All of your current Bill Pay payees and recurring payments will be converted to the new system. However, on the new platform, payments sent electronically will debit your account on the send date. If there are not sufficient funds for a payment at that time it will not be sent, and you will receive a notification.
For mailed checks, your account details will be printed on the check, and the check will clear your account like any other physical check you write. This means Bill Pay checks will clear your account when the payee deposits/cashes so funds will need to be available at that time to cover the check.
Please take note of the send date for any bills you have scheduled to go out in May. During the transition to new digital banking, bill payments will be paused - bills scheduled to be sent May 14th will be sent May 15th.
