Fraud Alert Phone Scam Impersonating Industrial Credit Union
Fraudsters are calling individuals while falsely claiming to represent Industrial Credit Union’s Fraud Department.
In these calls, scammers may state they are verifying your identity due to:
An attempted Zelle transfer to your account, or
Someone allegedly trying to add themselves to your account
To appear legitimate, fraudsters may:
Spoof Industrial Credit Union’s phone number
Provide specific names or details related to the alleged activity
Their goal is to gain access to your digital banking by convincing you to share a digital banking verification code.

Industrial Credit Union will never ask for:
Your digital banking verification code
Your account number
Verification codes should only be entered by you when:
Using the Industrial Credit Union mobile app, or
Logging into digital banking at IndustrialCU.com
