Enrolling in Online Banking
In order to use Industrial’s Online Banking, you must first contact Industrial to set up an online banking account. You must also have a connection to the Internet.
Enhanced Login Security
Our superior security technology protects your accounts from unauthorized access. Enhanced Login Security (ELS) identifies you as the true “owner” of your accounts by recognizing your computer as well as your password. If ELS doesn’t recognize your computer – in case you login from a public computer or one you haven’t used before – ELS will ask you for information that only you know as an additional line of defense to prevent unauthorized access. With ELS, you’ll be protected no matter what computer you use, whether at home or on the go.

FREE BILL PAYER WITH E-STATEMENTS
Industrial Credit Union now offers Free Bill Payer when you sign up for eStatements. If you already use eStatements and Bill Payer, you’re all set! If not, simply login to Online Banking and register for Bill Payer and eStatements today. Bill Payer and eStatements provide a simple, safe and secure way to pay your bills and view your monthly statement.
To Register for Bill Payer
- Log-in to Online Banking.
- Click on the “Bill Payment” tab located at the top of the page.
- Follow the quick and easy registration steps.
To Register for E-Statements
- Log-in to Online Banking.
- Click on the “Additional Services” tab.
- Select “eStatements” from the drop-down menu.
- Follow the quick and easy registration steps.

E-Statements
Sign up for eStatements and you’ll receive your statement securely inside Online Banking, which you can download directly to your personal computer.
eStatements are simply an electronic version of your monthly or quarterly statement delivered to your Online Banking webpage instead of your mailbox. When your statement is ready, you’ll receive a notification email. Statements are stored securely within Online Banking for 3 years.
E-Statement Benefits
- Your statement arrives faster than traditional mail, by two or three days on average.

Registering for E-Statements is Quick and Easy
- Sign in to your Online Banking account
- Select the Additional Services tab
- Select eStatements from the drop-down menu
- Click the Register button and follow the instructions

Funds Transfer
Tired of running to other financial institutions to withdraw money only to deposit it into your Industrial account? With Funds Transfer you can transfer money in and out of your Industrial checking account from your account(s) at another financial institution. You’ll be able to control your finances from your home, leaving you more time for the important things in life.
Funds Transfer Benefits
- Transfer funds online between various financial institutions without visiting a branch or writing a check.
- Set up automatically recurring transfers to plan for money movement needs in advance or to create an automatic “savings plan.”
- Choose the speed of the transfer, 3 business days or next day, to transfer funds.
Registering for Funds Transfer
- Log in to Online Banking.
- Click on Move Money tab located at the top of the page.
- Select External Transfer w/ Checking from drop-down menu.
- Select Transfer Between My Accounts.
- Follow the registration steps.

Loan Payments
If you wish to make a payment toward your Industrial loan using a debit card, please click hereLINK. Payments using a debit card will be assessed a $6.00 fee per payment. Credit cards may not be used to make a loan payment.
